Return Period
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, garments must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at olivella@olivellahouse.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning.

Return Shipping
Once your return has been initiated, Olivella will provide a return shipping label via email. Please ensure your item(s) are securely packaged and dropped off. Once received and upon inspection, we will process your refund within 14 days.
